RETURN POLICY


General Item Return Policy - In most cases, items shipped from bitepets.com can be returned within 3 days after delivery or 30 days after shipment if the delivery date is not traceable. If your order was shipped to Brazil or Russia, you can send it back to us within 40 days after shipment. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment date and other details of your order after it has been shipped. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

 

Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.

Did your item arrive damaged, different or not working? If so you are protected and can make a claim, the procedure is outlined below.

Within 3 days of receiving the product contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.

We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.

3.If Approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
